Overview
The Glance Guided Customer Experience technology suite is comprised of five best-in-class, patented solutions:
- Glance Cobrowse
- Glance Screen Share
- Glance Mobile App Share
- Glance Mobile Camera Share
- Glance Agent Video
But for shorthand, we also refer to Glance as a Guided Customer Experience solution.
A quick note on the word ‘platform’.
We went through a stage of referring to Glance as a platform, but we want to get away from that word. For many of our prospects, it’s a turn-off.
It implies that Glance is ‘heavy’ technology that requires a lot of integration and management. And the last thing enterprises need is another platform to implement and manage.
The word ‘solution’ lets us emphasize Glance’s ‘lightness’, its lazer-focus on specific business problems, it’s compatibility with existing CRM stacks, its flexibility and configurability.
A quick note on the word ‘cobrowse’.
Cobrowse is a word with baggage. Of course it’s an important part of providing a Guided Customer Experience – but it’s a means to an end, not the end in itself.
For some of our prospects, cobrowsing will be a turn-off. And even those who are receptive to cobrowsing and understand that we’re offering a superior form of it need to realize that we’re about something bigger than cobrowsing.
That doesn’t mean we shouldn’t talk about cobrowse (it’s one of our key products, after all) – we just shouldn’t lead with it.
Glance is an iterative change that has exponential impact.
