ICONOGRAPHY DESIGN GUIDELINES
Words in pictures
Icons are fundamentally important to quickly and effectively communicating various points about us and our technology. They should be kept simple and to the point, and should be used with balance for appropriate use (such as for key products and features) – all while staying on brand.
DOWNLOAD ALL ICONSIcon overview
Our icons represent our unique (and uniquely user-friendly) technology. They should be as easy to understand as our technology is to use, highlighting key features of our products with maximum efficiency.
Taxonomy
Our icon structure should help you understand what icons are used for different purposes. Product icons must legibly represent our technology (as well as utilizing our brand). Feature icons must be easy to understand even when small, and it is important that our general system icons are consistent and visibly part of the same family.
Product Icons
The product icons are designed to represent both a specific technology and (through the use of two colors) Glance-enabled collaboration between agent and customer.
Feature Icons
Feature icons allow us to highlight key product benefits with the use of an easy to understand icon. It’s important that these icons follow the same rules to ensure they’re easy to understand even at small sizes.
System Icons
System icons are used for day-to-day generic elements – especially within online applications.
The main purpose of these icons is to be familiar to users, helping them to make UX decisions quickl. They therefore shouldn’t be overly stylised or complicated.
